Mr. Mustafa Al-Kinzi, Deputy Representative of the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) in Yemen, accompanied by Reproductive Health Coordinator Abdul Salam Al-Ahsab, Youth Programme Coordinator Alaa Farhan, and Mr. Saeed Saif, visited the MHPSS Center in Taiz Governorate on Monday, 8 June 2026. The center is managed by the Psychiatric Care Developmental Foundation, and the visit aimed to review the services provided and observe its ongoing activities.

During the visit, the delegation received a brief overview of the psychological and social support services offered by the center. The delegation commended the efforts made to promote mental health and deliver essential services to beneficiaries, emphasizing the importance of sustaining and expanding these services to meet growing humanitarian needs.
