On February 23, 2022, a community awareness was held for patients and their families who visit the Psychological Support Center of the Psychiatric Care Developmental Foundation in Taiz, in the social stigma associated with mental illness"

Where awareness discussed  the stigma associated with mental illness, by clarifying the concept of social stigma and how we should reject it in our society. The effects of the stigma of mental illness on the person with mental illness were also addressed. 

The awareness was raised by Dr. Lubna Al-Munifi a psychologist at the PSS Center.
