This morning, Wednesday, November 3, 2021, the Psychological Support Center of The Psychiatric  Care Developmental Foundation in Taiz set up a community awareness for patients and their families who visits  the center about the social stigma.

The awareness was about how to deal with the social stigma associated with mental illness through awareness, education, identifying the disorder, sharing information and knowledge with others, and the need to try to get help from specialists, and not to transform the stigma between the patient and his treatment.

Huda Al-Saqqaf, a social worker at the Psychological Support Center in Taiz, raised the awareness.
